Role purpose

• Support daily production operations to ensure products are produced safely, efficiently and to specification

Key responsibilities

• Carry out general production and factory duties as required

• Support food processing, packing or handling tasks on site

• Follow food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures at all times

• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working area

• Work to production targets and line speeds

• Assist with basic quality checks and reporting issues

• Support colleagues and supervisors to keep production running smoothly

• Previous experience in food manufacturing or factory work (preferred)

• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic

• Reliable, punctual and flexible approach to work

• Ability to follow instructions and procedures

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
