Your Role

As a General Operative, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining an efficient and fast-paced production environment. You’ll support your team and management to meet quality standards, ensure safety compliance, and keep operations running smoothly.

Main Duties:

• Follow departmental SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).

• Maintain high standards of hygiene, quality, and performance.

• Contribute to team goals and production targets.

• Ensure customer and company specifications are met consistently.

• Keep your workstation clean and organised (“clean as you go”).

• Promote and maintain strong Health, Safety, and Hygiene practices.
