Working pattern

Role purpose

• Support day-to-day factory and production operations

• Ensure products and processes meet food safety, quality and efficiency standards

Key responsibilities

• Carry out general production and factory duties as required

• Assist across departments to support production flow

• Operate basic machinery and equipment where trained

• Follow food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures at all times

• Maintain clean, organised and compliant work areas

• Support packing, handling and movement of products

• Work to daily production targets and instructions

• Report issues, defects or hazards promptly

What we’re looking for

• Previous factory or food production experience (desirable, not essential)

• Good attention to detail and a proactive approach

• Reliable, punctual and consistent work ethic

• Comfortable with manual handling and standing for long periods

• Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures

• Flexible and willing to support different areas of the site

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
