Do you want to grow your career in HR, payroll and employee administration? Are you good with numbers and have strong communication skills?
We are looking for an organised and detail focused HR & Training Administrative Assistant to support the HR function and payroll operations across the business.This role plays a key part in ensuring the accuracy, confidentiality, and smooth running of payroll processes, while also providing administrative support to the HR Manager.
The role:
- On Site: DG4 6RB, Greystone Ave, Kelloholm, Sanquhar
- Days: Monday – Friday
- Hours: 8am – 5pm
- Salary: £13.10 p/h
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and check employee clock in/out records daily using the Winta system.
- Maintain the lateness log and highlight employees falling below expected standards.
- Generate weekly Tensor reports for hourly paid staff and process payroll information through Sage Payroll.
- Update the system with holiday, sickness, maternity and absence information.
- Notify managers of employees who are due for performance appraisals.
- Provide administrative support to managers by coordinating and minuting HR meetings.
- Create and maintain employee training records.
- Input and update training records on the Tensor Personnel system.
- Provide cover for training administration during periods of absence or annual leave.
