Role purpose

• Support day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure food products are produced safely, efficiently and to specification

• Contribute to maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene and operational performance

Key responsibilities

• Carry out food production and processing tasks as trained

• Operate machinery and equipment safely and correctly

• Handle raw materials and finished products in line with SOPs

• Follow food safety, hygiene and Health & Safety procedures at all times

• Complete quality and verification checks where required

• Maintain clean and organised work areas

• Meet daily production targets as part of a team

• Support changeovers, line setup and shutdown activities

• Report issues, faults or deviations promptly to supervisors

• Previous experience in food manufacturing or FMCG (advantageous but not essential)
