What You’ll Do
- Liaison Lead – serving as the primary liaison between the National Account Manager, the customer, and factory operations, facilitating clear and effective communication
- Account Information Management – Ensure all relevant parties are informed about account-specific details, including product costings, new product lines, promotional activities, cost price changes, and other critical updates
- Customer Interaction – Act as a customer-facing representative, handling queries and information transfers efficiently.
- Change Management – Oversee changes related to packaging, artwork, and order patterns, ensuring all adjustments are managed seamlessly.
- Data Monitoring and Reporting – Continuously monitor and update account-related information, ensuring timely and accurate data for use by the National Account Manager or buyer.
- Support – You’ll support to the broader Discounter team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient processes.
What we’re looking for
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly-organised individual with the ability to analyse data efficiently. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator who can easily adapt to new tasks and challenges. Flexibility is essential, as this role requires travel between our two Hull and Sherburn locations.
