National Account Executive
Location: Waltham Cross, Herts
Salary: Competitive Basic Salary
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a National Account Executive to become a part of our established sales team. Dive into the vibrant world of managing several customer accounts and tackling delivery challenges. Your role will also encompass the meticulous management of price files and contributing to the development of strategic account plans.
What You’ll Be Doing
Daily Management: Handle delivery challenges and respond promptly to customer needs.
Forecasting: Ensure accurate forecasts reflecting events, menu changes, and demand shifts.
Price Management: Keep price files up-to-date and list new lines swiftly.
Collaboration: Work with Reynolds central functions to enhance customer experience.
Events & Meetings: Support and attend customer events and head office meetings.
What We’re Looking For
At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, buying, or territory management.
Exceptional organizational and administrative skills.
A strong relationship builder with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in a people-focused environment, both face-to-face and via telephone.
