The Role

As an Operations Team Lead, you’ll play a key part in driving operational excellence across our production lines — ensuring safety, quality, efficiency, and team engagement are always at the forefront.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and support production teams to meet daily targets.

• Maintain compliance with Health & Safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

• Drive continuous improvement, efficiency, and productivity.

• Monitor and report on product quality, throughput, and labelling accuracy.

• Promote a culture of accountability and improvement within your area.

• Collaborate with managers to meet KPIs and communicate goals effectively.

• Ensure food safety, integrity, legality, and quality are upheld at all times.

• Apply Pilgrim’s Europe Health & Safety Policy and operational standards consistently.

About You

We’re looking for an ambitious and capable leader who thrives in fast-paced production environments.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor, ideally within food manufacturing.

• Strong understanding of production targets and KPI reporting.

• Computer literate with solid communication skills.

• Proactive, hands-on, and results-driven approach.

• Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal abilities.

• Sound understanding of Health & Safety and quality management systems.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work on own initiative.
