This is a nigh shift management position across various lines, responsible for managing employees, production runs, H&S and hygiene requirements.
What you’ll need
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: Excellent Communication skills; with the ability to develop relationships with the operations team and cross-functionally, and at varying levels across the business.
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to be assertive and tenacious.
- Problem solving skills.
- Organisational skills and the ability to multi-task.
- GCSE Maths and English Grade C or above or equivalent.
- Computer Literate.
