This hands-on role is perfect for those who enjoy working in a fast-paced setting. You’ll pack, weigh, and label meat products to customer specifications while maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

• Pack, weigh, and label products accurately according to customer specifications.

• Work efficiently to achieve daily packing targets.

• Maintain product quality, cleanliness, and traceability throughout all stages.

• Operate safely in a fast-moving production environment.

• Follow all company Health & Safety, Food Safety, and HACCP procedures.

• Support your team to ensure smooth, efficient production flow.

About You

• No previous experience necessary – full training provided.

• Experience in a food factory or production environment desirable.

• Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.

• Flexible attitude with a positive approach to work.

What’s on Offer

• £12.21 per hour base rate.

• Throughput bonus available – earn up to £13.32 per hour.

• Monday to Friday – 6:00am to 2:30pm (no weekends).

• Full-time, permanent position with training provided.
