Working pattern

• Monday to Friday

• Early start (shift times confirmed at application stage)

Role purpose

• Support the accurate packing of red meat products to customer specification

• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and production efficiency

Key responsibilities

• Pack red meat products into trays, boxes or bags to specification

• Identify and handle different cuts of meat correctly

• Ensure accurate labelling, weights and presentation

• Place packed products onto pallets to customer requirements

• Maintain clean, safe and organised work areas

• Follow food safety, hygiene and Health & Safety procedures at all times

• Complete checks and paperwork as required

• Meet daily production targets as part of a team

• Previous experience in food or meat processing (beneficial but not essential)

• Comfortable working in a chilled production environment

• Good attention to detail
