Hours: Monday to Friday, 16:00 – 01:00 (2 x 30-minute unpaid breaks)

We are expanding our packing department and looking for reliable, motivated individuals to join our team as Packing Operatives on the PM shift.
The Role
As a Packing Operative, you’ll work across our busy packing lines to ensure products are prepared, weighed, boxed, and packed to company standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate on one of three packing lines handling pork products.

Carry out packing, weighing, sorting, loading, and boxing tasks.

Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety at all times.

Follow work instructions carefully to meet production targets.

Handle some heavy lifting as part of the role.

Work efficiently in a chilled environment (full PPE provided).
About You
We’re looking for both skilled and unskilled operatives who want to build a stable career in a fast-growing food business.

Previous packing or food-production experience is an advantage but not required (full training provided).

Overtime paid at time and a half for hours worked over 45 per week.
