Join a Leading Food Manufacturer in a Hands-On Leadership Role

Pilgrim’s Europe is one of the UK’s top food producers, known for brands such as Fridge Raiders, Rollover, Richmond, and Moy Park. We’re looking for a Team Leader to join our Hyde site and help drive performance across production operations.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced manufacturing professional to lead a team in a fast-paced environment, maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate your team to achieve daily KPIs.

• Support colleagues through coaching, training, and daily performance feedback.

• Promote safety-first culture and ensure compliance with all procedures.

• Manage absence and cover to maintain efficient operations.

• Identify and solve issues proactively using Lean and OPEX tools.

• Communicate clearly via team forums and MySuccess updates.

• Recognise and reward success while fostering teamwork and morale.

About You

• Previous experience in manufacturing or food production.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Knowledge of Lean principles and process optimisation.

• Confident using MS Office and production systems.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

• HACCP, Food Safety, and Health & Safety training – desirable.
