We are recruiting for people experienced in running a production line, ensuring the line is running to specification and overseeing a team of around 8 employees.

The Role

Responsible for running a production line, achieving and exceeding quality expectations, material utilisation and full delivery of production plan.

2 shifts available – day shift or night shift.

Pay: £14 – £14.87 per hour

  • Being responsible for running the line
  • Delivering the production plan efficiently
  • Maximising yield
  • Minimising downtime and waste
  • Overseeing a team of around 8 employees

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience of working in a food factory environment at a supervisory level
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • IT literate and able to present KPI data
