We’re currently recruiting Production Operatives to join the butchery team at our pork production facility. This is a hands-on factory role where attention to detail, reliability, and high hygiene standards are essential.
Shift Patterns (examples)
A range of full-time day shift patterns are available, including:

05:45 – 14:45

06:00 – 15:30
-
06:30 – 16:00
-
07:00 – 16:30
Pay Rates (varied by skill level)
Current rates:
£12.46 – £13.39 per hour
From April 2026:
£12.95 – £13.79 per hour
Paid weekly.
Key Responsibilities
As part of the production team, you may be responsible for:

Cutting, trimming, and preparing pork products

Packing and stacking finished goods

Maintaining high hygiene, food safety, and quality standards

Supporting the smooth and efficient running of production lines
The Ideal Candidate
