Role purpose

• Support daily food production operations

• Ensure products are produced safely, efficiently and to specification

Key responsibilities

• Operate on production lines to meet daily output targets

• Handle, process and pack food products accurately

• Carry out visual and basic quality checks

• Follow food safety, hygiene and Health & Safety procedures

• Maintain clean and organised work areas

• Support line changeovers and production flow

• Work collaboratively as part of a production team

• Previous production or food manufacturing experience (preferred)

• Strong attention to detail

• Reliable with good timekeeping

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately
