Role purpose

Support day-to-day production operations within a food manufacturing environment

Ensure products are produced safely, efficiently and to specification
Key responsibilities

Carry out production and packing tasks as required

Operate machinery and production equipment where trained

Follow food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures at all times

Work to line speeds and daily production targets

Carry out quality checks and report issues promptly

Maintain clean, organised and compliant work areas

Support goods in, goods out and internal movements where required

Work effectively as part of a production team
What we’re looking for

Previous experience in food manufacturing or production (desirable, not essential)

Good attention to detail and accuracy

Comfortable working in a chilled or factory environment
