Role overview
In this role, you will support the production and packaging of raw food products within a fast-paced FMCG factory environment. From day one, you will work as part of a team to meet production targets while maintaining high hygiene and food safety standards. As a result, you will help deliver short shelf-life products efficiently and safely.
Key responsibilities

Weigh, assemble and pack products ready for despatch

Label and grade products accurately

Carry out manual handling tasks, including lifting up to 20kg

Follow food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures

Maintain cleanliness and organisation within your work area

Support colleagues to meet daily production targets
What you’ll bring
You bring a positive attitude, good attention to detail and the ability to work well within a team. No previous production experience is required, as full training is provided. In addition, you have a good level of English and basic numeracy skills, remain flexible in your approach to tasks and are comfortable working in a chilled, noisy factory environment.
Pay, hours and location
This is a weekend-only role based in Hereford.

Hours: 18 hours per week

Shifts: 06:00–16:00, Saturday and Sunday

Pay: £12.21 per hour + £2.13 shift allowance (minimum £14.34 per hour)

Paid weekly, with overtime available

Minimum earnings of £258 per week
