We’re looking for a motivated, knowledgeable QA Manager to join our Technical team and be responsible for managing and developing a team of Supervisors and QAs.
Job requirements of QA Manager:
- Develop, motivate and manage a high performing QA team through the QA Supervisors
- Working to BRC standards, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of food safety, legality and quality throughout the factory; maintaining and developing the existing Quality Management System to support our high quality standards.
- Being actively involved in both ‘factory floor’ and technical systems, including HACCP, the successful candidate will be confident in leading customer visits and audits and be able to build strong working relationships.
- Ideally you will hold Level 3 Food Safety and HACCP certification and be able to communicate clearly and coherently at all levels of the business.
