Join our team at Kepak Group as a Quality Manager and make a difference in the food manufacturing industry. Reporting to the Site Technical Manager, you will play a vital role in maintaining our high levels of quality control and compliance with customer specifications and regulatory requirements and furthermore paving the way for the future development and compliance.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring that the site is audit ready at all times.
• Developing and building relationships with other functions including operations and supply chain to ensure procedures and processes are correctly implemented.
• A key element of the role will be participation in new production introduction and  the maintenance of internal specifications and customer specification databases under the instruction of the site Technical Manager.
• Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and investigating non-conformances and customer complaints, implementing corrective actions, and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
