Job Overview
Role: Sales Administrator
Location: Downpatrick, County Down
Salary: Competitive + company bonus scheme
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

This is a key support role within Sofina Foods’ commercial function. As Sales Administrator, you’ll help keep customer accounts, promotions, and product launches running smoothly, working closely with internal teams and retail partners in a busy, customer-focused environment.
This is a site-based role and may also be based at our Tullamore location.
Key Responsibilities
As Sales Administrator, you will:

Maintain and update customer pricing and commercial data files

Submit promotional activity and manage customer promotion timelines

Support forecasting through demand forecast updates

Assist with new product launch documentation and coordination

Produce sales reports and provide data support to the Commercial team

Deliver day-to-day administrative support across key customer accounts

Liaise with internal teams and external customers to ensure clear communication and delivery
The Ideal Candidate
You will be:

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Comfortable working with data, numbers, and deadlines
-
Confident using Excel and open to learning new systems

A clear and professional communicator, written and verbal
-
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
-
Experienced in an office-based or commercial support role
Experience with SAP or retailer portals is an advantage but not essential.
