Sales Administrator | Llanybydder

Reporting to the Export Manager, the post holder will support the Sales, Planning and Finance departments with all purchase administration and data entry

• Liaise with Sales and Planning Teams to collate and plan order requirements
• Entering all order information onto the weekly planner and Movex
• Sending release notifications for product ordered from the Cold-Store and liaise with the logistics team to ensure delivery needs are met.
• Applying for health certificates for export
• Raise purchase orders and receipt in goods/services received.
• Work with the Finance department to ensure the PO process is completed by the reporting deadlines.
• Booking Transport for sales orders
• Preparing sales and haulage reports
• Maintaining weekly KPI documents
• Collaboratively work with Supply Chain departments, export hauliers, customers and agents, to ensure 100% service level and to ensure customer delivery requirements are met
• Prepare and present sales reports as necessary

Planning

• Forward raw material requirements to internal and external departments in timely manner, informing Commercial Manager of any imbalances.
• Ensure that stocks are at optimum levels.
• Produce and update group lamb plan and forward relevant information to procurement and sales department.
• Provide holiday cover for site production planner

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to liaise with multiple departments.
• Organised with excellent time management skills, capable of confidently working to deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good IT skills and familiar with Excel and Microsoft office
• Team player with proactive “can-do” attitude
