Role overview
You will support and drive commercial activity across a portfolio of UK retail customers and brands. Working closely with National Account Managers and internal teams, the role involves managing key commercial processes, supporting customer plans and ensuring promotional and product activity is delivered smoothly across the UK grocery landscape.
Key responsibilities

Manage and maintain customer pricing, data and commercial files for UK retail accounts

Coordinate promotional activity, including submissions, timelines and post-promotion reviews

Support forecasting and demand planning through accurate data management

Lead coordination of new product launch documentation for UK grocery customers

Produce sales reports and convert data into clear commercial insight

Provide day-to-day support to National Account Managers on key accounts

Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and customers to ensure smooth execution
What you’ll bring
You have experience in a sales, commercial or account support role within FMCG. You understand UK grocery retail customers and ways of working, with experience of major retailers being a strong advantage. You’re highly organised, confident with data and numbers, and comfortable using Excel and multiple systems. Experience with SAP and retailer portals is beneficial but not essential.
Pay, benefits and location
This is a full-time, permanent role based onsite in Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire. Sofina Foods offers a competitive salary, company bonus scheme, company pension scheme and enhanced sick pay. Working pattern is Monday to Friday.
