Senior National Account Manager — Sofina Foods, North Yorkshire
Role overview
In this role, you will take full ownership of one of Sofina Foods’ most significant UK retail relationships. From day one, you will drive sustainable growth by combining customer insight, commercial strategy and cross-functional leadership. As a result, you will influence both customer outcomes and internal performance across a fast-moving, short shelf-life environment.
Key responsibilities

Own and develop a priority UK grocery retail account

Build and deliver joint business plans aligned to growth and service objectives

Act as the primary customer contact, strengthening long-term partnerships

Lead day-to-day account activity and support wider account team members

Work closely with operations, supply chain and logistics to ensure right-first-time delivery

Manage forecasting, promotional planning and commercial performance

Identify opportunities to improve ways of working and unlock additional value

Represent the customer internally and influence senior stakeholders across the business
What you’ll bring
You bring strong experience managing major UK grocery retail accounts within FMCG or food. Ideally, you understand fast-moving or short shelf-life categories and feel confident owning joint business plans. In addition, you collaborate well across functions, balance commercial judgement with practical solutions, and use data and insight to support decision-making without over-complicating delivery.
Pay, benefits and location
This is a full-time, permanent role based in North Yorkshire, working Monday to Friday. Sofina Foods offers a competitive salary, plus car allowance, company bonus scheme, company pension scheme and enhanced sick pay.
