Location: Cookstown, County Tyrone
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (Day Shift)
Pay: Up to £17.57 per hour, with increased rates from April 2026

Butchery Roles

Current rates (2026): £13.61 – £15.62 per hour

From April 2026: £14.02 – £16.09 per hour
Slaughter Roles

Current rates: £14.81 – £17.57 per hour

From April 2026: £15.25 – £18.09 per hour
Key Responsibilities
As a Skilled Butcher, you will:

Carry out butchery and slaughter tasks to strict hygiene, quality, and safety standards

Work collaboratively within production teams to meet daily output targets

Maintain precision and consistency across all processing areas

Support a safe, efficient, and professional working environment

You should have:

Previous experience in butchery and/or slaughter, ideally in a factory or processing setting

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
