Shift times are Monday to Friday, 0530-1530 or 0600-1600 depending on which department.

Pay starts from £596 weekly

Key Accountabilities

Typical activities will vary according to the specific department where you’ll work but may include:

  • Cutting and butchering of products to pre-set standards while comfortably keeping pace with the speed of the line.
  • Working as part of a team to meet production targets.
  • Identifying errors/faults and taking appropriate steps to rectify these.
  • Competently performing any other tasks for which training has been completed and signed off.
  • Ensuring hygiene and cleanliness procedures are followed at all times (e.g. hand-washing, knife sterilising and kit wash-down)

Skills and Experience Required

  • Full training is provided.
  • Attention to detail/good observational skills.
  • Self motivation and reliability.
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to change, occasionally at short notice.
