All our products come directly from our partner abattoirs. All our products are fully traceable to the source for a complete peace of mind.
We strive to buy a significant proportion of our products fresh and direct from our UK partner abattoirs; then wash, trim and pack into boxes and freeze the same day. This means that you get frozen products on your shelves within a week or two after the slaughter date. That is our gold trading standard. That means you get our freshly frozen food from farm to fork tasting better than ever before. Also for British farmed animals, there is a significantly reduced carbon footprint, i.e. the animals travel a minimum amount of food miles resulting in healthier, less stressed animals, and, above all, tastier meat products.
