Role purpose
-
Support day-to-day food processing operations across production areas
-
Ensure products are processed safely, efficiently and to specification
Key responsibilities

Carry out food processing tasks in line with production plans

Handle raw materials and products safely and hygienically

Follow food safety, quality, health & safety and hygiene procedures
-
Work to daily production targets and line speeds
-
Monitor product quality and report any issues promptly
-
Reduce waste and support yield and efficiency improvements
-
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas

Work flexibly across departments as required

Support audits and compliance checks when needed

Previous experience in food processing or food manufacturing (preferred)

Good understanding of food hygiene and health & safety standards
