Role purpose
-
Support day-to-day production operations to ensure safe, efficient and compliant food manufacturing

Produce high-quality products in line with customer, safety and legal requirements
Key responsibilities

Carry out a range of production tasks across the factory

Ensure all product specifications and quality standards are met

Follow food safety, hygiene, health & safety and personal hygiene rules

Work to production targets and report any issues to the Team Leader or Shift Manager

Reduce waste and support yield improvement initiatives

Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area

Support audits and compliance checks when required
-
Work flexibly across production areas as business needs change

Contribute positively to team culture and site standards
What we’re looking for

Previous experience as a Production Operative in food manufacturing (essential)

Good understanding of food hygiene and health & safety principles

Reliable with strong timekeeping and attendance

Positive, enthusiastic and team-focused attitude

Ability to follow instructions accurately with good attention to detail
