Role purpose

• Carry out boning hall operations to prepare meat products accurately and efficiently

• Ensure products meet specification, quality and yield targets

• Support production output while maintaining food safety and hygiene standards

Key responsibilities

• Carry out boning, trimming and meat preparation tasks

• Use knives and equipment safely and correctly

• Work to detailed product specifications and customer requirements

• Maximise yield while minimising waste

• Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety and health & safety

• Meet daily production targets as part of a team

• Keep work areas clean, organised and compliant

• Follow all SOPs and site procedures

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in a boning hall or meat processing environment (essential)

• Confident knife skills in a factory or production setting

• Strong attention to detail and consistency

• Good understanding of food hygiene and health & safety

• Reliable, punctual and hardworking

• Ability to work independently and within a team
