Everything at a glance – direct, regional and innovative: In 2024, it will be that time again – then the gates of FAMEBA, the central trade fair for butchers and restaurateurs, will open at the Ulm Messe. 

The FAMEBA has long since developed into an important, cross-industry information and exhibition forum as well as a crowd puller for companies and employees in the food producing industry and the catering/hotel industry in the region. 

Around 170 top exhibitors from all relevant topics and specialist areas will once again make FAMEBA 2024 a diverse marketplace of offers, ideas and concepts. A total of over 5,000 trade visitors are expected again.

Since its premiere in 2014, FAMEBA has been able to continuously increase its visitor and exhibitor numbers and is now the most important, groundbreaking information and communication platform for the food trade and gastronomy in southern Germany, Austria and Switzerland. 

The trade fair, which is supported by a total of 8 butchers’ cooperatives, offers an extremely competent, precise and comprehensive overview of all subject areas that are of fundamental importance for the food trade and the catering industry, both traditionally and in terms of innovation and future concepts.
