We currently have an opportunity in our Inverness Shop for an Apprentice Butcher.
Initially starting off in our front shop, gaining knowledge of the products, speaking to customers and learning about how we deliver exceptional customer service.
Then we will equip you with the skills & knowledge to manufacture basic meat products such as sausages and burgers, butcher basic cuts of meat and adhere to current food and hygiene legislation.
This programme is designed for those with a preference for a hands-on style of learning. It would suit somebody with a genuine interest in the meat industry and desire to delivery a great customer experience, every time.
This is a full-time position where you will earn both nationally recognised qualifications and a real wage.
