We supply independent Butcher Shops, Catering Butchers and Restaurants throughout the UK.
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
– Boning Beef Fore’s, Flanks and Rumps
– Breaking down carcasses from sides into primal
– Daily clean down
– Any associated paperwork
The Candidate:
– Good knowledge of carcass anatomy
– Good knife Skills
– Reliable and trustworthy
– keen eye for detail
– FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE would be advantageous as you may be required to help out with deliveries to cover holiday’s.
We offer 29 days holiday per year -Pro Rata
Monday to Thursday – 6.30am – 2.30pm
Friday 5.30am – 1.30pm
