Key Duties
Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:
- Cutting, de-boning and preparing carcasses for further processing.
- Boning and trimming the meat in line with customer/company specifications.
- Maximising the yield of the product and minimising waste to ensure production is as efficient as possible.
- Undertake such duties as required in a safe and hygienic manner.
