Annual Salary: £28,000 – £30,000

Bonus: Generous uncapped commission + target bonuses

About the Role

Be accountable for building a good pipeline of prospects, understand their needs, provide solutions, and become a trusted advisor to them.

You will work with clients to understand and fulfil their specific requirements.

You will work closely with the internal team to provide information that will assist the prospects decision.

· You will have built an excellent knowledge of our solutions, our industry and our ideal customer’s needs

To achieve this, you will:

· Generate leads through direct prospecting, lead management, and networking

· Build relationships with your prospects through calls, face to face meetings and some email communication.

· Demonstrate our expertise and products with focus on the relevant benefits to the prospect

· Update and maintain your interactions on our CRM System

· Work closely with the team to identify areas for continued knowledge improvement

Essential Criteria

· At least 1 year of sales experience

· Strong communication skills

· Comfortable prospecting and selling face to face or on the phone

Advantageous Criteria

· Experience working within the food industry is desirable but not essential

You’ll be required to efficiently manage your own diary to maximise your day to include face to face meetings with prospects and clients and will have the support of the inhouse team behind you at every stage.
