The Role
· Assist the Butchery Manager in the running of the Butchers
· Prepare speciality items such as sausages, ground meat, and marinated cuts
· Preparing, cutting, and packaging various types of meat products whilst ensuring quality, freshness and customer satisfaction.

About You
Our ideal candidate will have a proven experience as a butcher, with strong knowledge and experience of all types of meat. They will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a passion for quality food.
