Experienced Butcher required for a small but established family butchery/ farm shop. Skills required include whole carcase breakdown and sausage making.
Customer service skills, personal presentation and tidy work practices are of utmost importance, with managerial experience preferred but not essential. A can do attitude and use of initiative is desirable.
The ideal candidate will have a good sense of humour and pride in their work.
We are flexible and friendly employers offering a good rate of pay dependant upon experience. This is a full time position with hours of work to be agreed.
The applicant will be expected to cover for the business manager in respect of lieu days and holidays.
