Duties & Responsibilities
- Carcass butchery (not boxed butchery)
- Boning out, processing prime cuts according to cutting specifications
- Ensure products are wrapped and labelled
- Completing regular stock take and reviews pricing with suppliers
- Working well as part of a small team
- Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment
- Weighing, packaging and pricing products
- Food Hygiene / Allergen awareness and understanding is required
- Excellent customer service experience
- Cashing handling
- Assisting in all areas, as and when required
Essential Skills
- Previous experience in butchery/meat cutting within a retail environment (preferred)
- Proactive attitude
- Productive and efficient working ability
- Team player
- Excellent timekeeping
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Salary: £12.00-£14.00 per hour
