Role purpose

Learn core butchery and meat processing skills while supporting daily production operations
Key responsibilities

Learn safe and correct knife handling techniques

Assist with trimming, preparation and processing of meat products

Support production across different departments as required

Follow food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures at all times

Work to production targets and quality standards

Minimise waste and support yield efficiency

Maintain a clean, organised and compliant work area

Work collaboratively as part of a production team
