Lairage Supervisor | Dungannon

Reporting to the Slaughter Hall Manager, we are seeking a highly motivated individual to assist in the effective and efficient running of the Lairage Department at Dunbia (Dungannon) Primary for Beef and Lamb processing.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Animal welfare within the Lairage department
• Processing paperwork and permits
• Completion of departmental audits and KPIs
• Organisation of staff
• Supervision of day to day duties associaated with the lairage
• Dealing with customers and audits
• Dealing with any day to day issues/problems that may arise

• Previous experience with beef and lamb animal handling is essential
• IT knowledge is essential for this role
• Previous supervisory or people management experience would be advantageous
