Role purpose
-
Lead and coordinate a production line to deliver daily output targets
-
Ensure food safety, quality, health & safety and efficiency standards are met at all times
-
Act as the key link between operatives and management during shift
Key responsibilities
-
Lead, motivate and supervise production operatives on the line
-
Ensure production plans and KPIs are achieved
-
Monitor product quality and compliance with specifications
-
Carry out line set-up, start-up and changeovers
-
Ensure hygiene, food safety and health & safety standards are maintained
-
Complete production paperwork and reporting accurately
-
Identify issues affecting performance, quality or downtime and take corrective action
-
Support training and development of team members
-
Communicate effectively with supervisors, technical and engineering teams
What we’re looking for
-
Previous experience as a Production Line Leader, Supervisor or Team Leader

Background in food manufacturing or FMCG (essential)

Strong people management and communication skills

Good understanding of food safety, hygiene and health & safety
-
Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets

Organised, reliable and proactive approach

Confident decision-maker with problem-solving ability
