We are currently looking for Production Operatives to join our AM shift team working from 7am to 15.30pm, any 5 days out of 6 days.
Your job as a Production Operative will be to process and pack product in line with customer specification in line with deadlines, whilst meeting all necessary KPIs in terms of volume and efficiency

Your day-to-day tasks will include:
To pack the raw material according to the specifications, pack the product into baskets, OCM baskets and stack onto pallet and changing the specifications at change overs
Having a high understanding of quality, ensuring that the raw material is within the specifications before packing
Ensures the sites intentions to produce safe, legal and authentic products are maintained
Report faults, so they can be put right quickly, to keep downtime to a minimum
Maintaining factory cleaning standards and encouraging others to do the same
To ensure the site is audit ready always and in line with our procedures
Maintaining throughput in line with product standards, keeping in line with standards
Monitoring giveaway levels and keeping to a minimum in line with line schematics
Actively reduce floor waste be ensuring the product is handled correctly
Keeping waste to a minimum, by managing the yield as shown online schematics
