Production Shift Manager | Merthyr Tydfil

As a Production Shift Manager at Kepak Merthyr, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our busy retail packing department. You will lead a team of dedicated production line members, ensuring their safety, efficiency, and maintaining product quality at all times.

• Previous food manufacturing experience essential
• GMP/regulatory experience within food or pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Lean manufacturing experience, ie. 5S, SMED, Kaizen
• Experience in managing large teams of 100+ employees
• To be able to challenge the status quo and offer a different viewpoint
• Ability to set and deliver stretch targets
• Able to turn creative ideas into effective solutions
