RECRUITMENT RESOURCER – REMOTE OR OFFICE BASED – MUST BE LOCATED IN IRELAND

Kepak Group is a leading global food company, specializing in meat and food products.

We are currently seeking an experience Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing team. This role can be fully remote or Hybrid with 2/3 office days per week in our Blanchardstown office.

As Recruitment Resourcing Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the recruitment processes by effectively managing candidate sourcing, screening and administrative tasks.

Role Purpose: You will play a pivotal role in sourcing, coordinating and managing candidate interactions. You will also collaborate and work closely with the wider recruitment/HR teams and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Reports to: Group Recruitment Manager

Base Location: Remote or Hybrid with 2/3 days per week in our Blanchardstown office

Role Travel Requirements: It is anticipated that there may be some limited travel with the role

What to expect in this role?

Candidate sourcing:

• Fully utilise various sourcing methods including job boards, ATS database (Workable), social media, networking events and industry connections to identify and engage potential candidates
• Conduct proactive candidate searches to build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future opportunities across the business
• Conduct preliminary screening of candidates to assess suitability
• Build a candidate pipeline via proactive and direct sourcing platforms, such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Workday ATS for active and future needs

Candidate coordination:

• Maintain communications with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback throughout the entire recruitment process
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers

Recruitment Process Support:

• Assist hiring managers in the creation of job descriptions and posting of roles
• Collaborate with hiring managers to make data-driven decisions on candidate selection, considering both technical skills and cultural alignment whilst remaining aligned to our DE&I objectives

Reporting:

• Assist in compiling recruitment metrics and reports in the ATS (Workable)
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practice and emerging recruitment trends to enhance the effectiveness of Kepak’s recruitment process
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment practices across all areas of the business
• Participate in Recruitment related project work, as required

• Previous experience within a dedicated resourcing or recruitment role, ideally within the Food, FMCG or similar industries

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to foster strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates and external partners, always representing Kepak to the highest standards
• Detail-orientated with the ability to maintain accuracy in your work, whilst also delivering work on time, every time
• Proficient in the effective use of applicant tracking systems, Workable experience would be an added advantage
• High level of proficiency in the use of LinkedIn Recruiter (advanced Boolean searches, InMailing, pipeline management, talent pooling and job posting)
• A positive attitude, resilience and a passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences
• Highly adaptable, with problem solving skills and excellent attention to detail
