We are looking for a butcher who can demonstrate exceptional butchery skills and knowledge of the premium meat industry working in Yorkshires award winning best Independent Food Hall. You must have a passion to deliver exceptional customer service and be able to work as part of the wider team. You will be head butcher, responsible for running your own department, must be an excellent communicator, pro-active, be able to use own initiative and have a passion for driving sales.

Responsibilities Of Head Butcher Include But Not Limited To Carcass break down of beef, lamb and pork Cut, prepare and display meat to the highest standard In House Production of burgers, sausages and other meat products Understand, implement and enforce HACCP procedures in order to ensure the highest levels of hygiene and food safety Be instrumental in product development Departmental performance; including sales, costs, margins, service Build Supplier relationships current and new Customer service performance and team development Support of the wider team and Food Hall
