This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the team at Algar Lodge Farm Shop and Café. We are seeking a passionate, highly experienced butcher to join the team on a full-time basis.
The role:
- Prepare meat from the carcass to the highest standard
- Prepare and make sausages
- Create eye-catching, high-quality displays
- Help develop new and exciting products
- Maintain butchery procedures
- To serve customers in a warm and professional manner
