Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Butcher. As a Butcher, you will be responsible for food production, culinary tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment and showcase your culinary skills.
Responsibilities:
– Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
– Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to ensure the highest level of sanitation
– Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders
– Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment
– Assist in inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and reporting any shortages or discrepancies
– Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and excellent customer service
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in food production, culinary, or kitchen roles is preferred
– Strong knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
– Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
– Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
