An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and ambitious National Account Executive to join our Commercial Team based at Dunbia, Dungannon.  This is a role aimed at someone who is committed to progressing their career within the Commercial environment, and who is willing to grow and enhance the Dunbia business.

 

The successful candidate will have a proven record of success and high achievements, preferably within the Food Industry. As a National Account Executive you will be expected to provide effective support to the National Account Manager on a major UK retail supermarket account, alongside developing a solid understanding of our retail business and products.  We are looking for someone who will be creative with ideas and proactively make suggestions to assist in the development of the overall sales strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Support on a major UK retail supermarket’s customer account
  • Management of Supply Chain communications internally and externally
  • Accountable for demand planning and sales forecasting for the customer account.
  • Working closely with the customer to maintain and develop business relations
  • Working with internal departments to ensure effective service to the customer
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external key account stakeholders
  • Results driven and capable of moving into a National Account Manager role in the future
  • Focus on key commercial factors within the account to maximise performance

Qualifications

The Person:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent in sales, marketing or business-related discipline.
  • An excellent communicator, influencing skills and able to build rapport.
  • Strong IT skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience of developing customer relations
  • Ideally 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Flexibility – You will be required to travel to the UK for work purposes
  • A full and valid UK driving licence
